Rusnano acquired 14,28% shares in ESTO-Vacuum

ОАО Rusnano acquired 14,28% shares in its project company ESTO-Vacuum, engaged in developing and producing automated vacuum-technological equipment. The details of the deal are not disclosed. The total budget of the project makes 1 bln roubles, Rusnano will invest 198,5 mln roubles.
