OAO VimpelCom has reached the final agreement to acquire 100% stake in OAO Novaya Telefonnaya Kompaniya (“The New telephone company”)

OAO VimpelCom has reached the final agreement and signed the necessary documents to acquire 100% stake in “The New telephone company “ from KT Corporation and Summit Telecom Global Management BV, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, was announced in VimpelCom report. Shares are acquired on the basis of evaluation of the company at 420 million dollars, the report says.
