ОАО Rosnano invests up to $15 mio in SiTime Corporation

ROSNANO will become a partner of the American Enterprise SiTime Corporation, which designs high-performance oscillators and lockout impulse generation chips based on MEMS-resonators. The total size of the project financing amounts to $ 22 million, of which ROSNANO will invest up to $ 15 million. The finance will be used to develop the SiTime research base, widening of sales geography and creation of Russian development center .
