Kalina Finance has increased its share in OAO Concern Kalina

OOO Kalina Finance increased its stake by purchasing shares of OAO Concern"Kalina from 5.44% to 18.56%. This is stated in Concern Kalina official report. The company Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited also increased its share of ordinary shares in the concern from 12.09% to 15.51%. In it’s turn, the company Prego Holdings Limited has reduced its share of ordinary shares in the concern from 45.41% to 30.66%.

OOO Concern Kalina is a company operating in the perfumery and cosmetics market. The Group includes the parent enterprise in Ekaterinburg, as well as subsidiaries Pallada-Ukraine , Glavskazka International , Kalina Overseas Holding BV (Netherlands), Kalina International SA (Switzerland) and DSN Cosmetics GmbH (Germany).
