The project is reportedly aimed at bringing quality higher education to as many students as possible. The Internet is expected to completely replace lecture halls in the new university. Under plans, the new project will operate as follows: all educational materials will be uploaded to the Web; students will have online consultations and discussions with professors; school teachers will be able to get vocational re-training online; and the university administration will also be fully accessible online. They are highly motivated and possess a high level of self-organization. Only the weakest will remain in offline student?s rooms...
