Bashinvest acquired control over OAO Exhibition Complex Bashkortostan

The right of state-owned asset management (51%) of shares of OAO “Exhibition Complex Bashkortostan (ECB) passed to the group Bashinvest , that belongs to businessmen Basil Peganov and Joseph Marach, on May, 12 as a result of the auction held by the Republic Ministry of Land and Property. Previously the group controlled 49% of ECB shares via OOO Investtorg. Earlier Marach and Peganov announced that they intended to invest about 1 billion RUR in the completion of the ECB construction .
