Gazprom to rename Envacom to Gazprom Energy
Gazprom Marketing and Trading (GM&T) (Gazprom's subsidiary) acquired 100% shares of the German renewable energy provider Envacom Service GmbH. The name of the acquired company is to be changed to Gazprom Energy, GM&T reported.The Federal Antimonopoly Agency of Germany has already approved the deal.
