Alena Vladimirskaya launches a new recruitment project

Alena Vladimirskaya, the head of the agency for online recruitment PRUFFI, is launching a new project to find work through the information in social networks’ profiles. The feature of Pruffi Graph is to bring the results of analysis with the help of infographics, which clearly shows applicants that are very much like employees of this or that company.
Applicants are invited to register on the site using a profile in one of the social networks - Facebook or VKontakte. The more truthfully the profile is filled, the more relevant the result.
Finally formed personal matching graph is divided into 17 rays, each of which is one option. If you click on a ray, you will see what matches the company’s graph and what not. This is indicated by color: green ray means full match, yellow - partial, red – almost no match.

As noted on Pruffi Graph website, if the percentage of coincidence with a company is more than 60, the service will send your summary to the company’s first persons directly. According to Alena Vladimirskaya, the service covers a total of 100 companies for analysis, but this number will increase weekly.
