Tomsk Oblast to offset the costs of promoting innovation in Europe

Tomsk Oblast signed a decree establishing a procedure for granting subsidies to offset the costs associated with the work and services to promote scientific and research developments and organizations’ innovation products of the oblast to European countries.

Thus, the regional authorities are going to encourage the promotion of Tomsk scientific and research developments and innovative products to the European market.

The subsidy is provided for compensation, for example, costs associated with conducting surveys and selecting in the Tomsk Oblast the innovation products developments having high potential for commercialization in the markets of European countries. Also, the costs associated with attracting foreign experts in technology transfer for organizing training and educational activities and consulting services and others will be also compensated.
