The law on innovation in Moscow adopted unanimously

According to Alexey Komissarov, the head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow, the second reading of the bill brought 24 amendments, 9 of which were made by editor and 15 - by Deputies.

At the same time, five amendments were approved by the editor and 10 rejected.

Alexey Komissarov says that the subject of the bill regulation has been clarified, its conceptual apparatus, the principles of science, technology and innovation activity and the powers of the Moscow Government in this area, as well as forms of state support. As the deputy Vladimir Svyatoshenko noted (Communist Party), the amendments have greatly improved the bill.

The deputies unanimously voted for the adoption of the law, Moscow City Duma said.

We would remind you that the law regulates the relations between the subjects of science, technology and innovation activities, public authorities while carrying out scientific, technological and innovation activities in the capital.

The document defines the principles of science, technology and innovation policy of Moscow, the capital’s Government powers in this area, as well as the forms of state support for science, technology and innovation.
