MARCHMONT Business LAB for Innovators took place at Ingria industrial park

Another three-day training MARCHMONT Business LAB for innovators took place on July 24-26 in St. Petersburg at Ingria Technopark. The training was attended by entrepreneurs, inventors, young, creative professionals, as well as business angels, who are willing to invest their funds in interesting developments at a very early stage and participate in their management.

The main objective of the training is to support entrepreneurs, innovators to set up their business professionally and also to help in attracting investments in their business projects.

The general partner of the forum was Russian Venture Company with the support of the Association of parks in high technologies.

The first day of the forum was opened by experts of international level who made welcoming speeches: Vitaly Vinogradov – the founder of a consulting firm for innovators i-Accelerator (USA) and the Deputy Director of Innovation Center of Higher School of Economics, Sergei Mitrofanov – the director of communications agency Brandflight (Russia - Holland), Kendrick D.Uayt - the founder of financial consulting company Marchmont Capital Partners (Russia - USA). Invited speakers assessed the current state of the innovation economy and analyzed strategies for the future.

July 24, the first day of the forum was full of educational programs, a series of workshops conducted by leading experts in innovation. Workshop participants got acquainted with the unique approaches to business development, got the recommendations how to attract investment at seed and start up fundraising stages. Traditionally, the session was very dynamic and exciting.

The second day of the Forum MARCHMONT Business LAB continued with a series of master classes conducted by speakers from Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod: Vitaly Terlyuk - Director General of Rusveneks, Michael Treyvish – the President of OmniGrade rating Agency, Cyril Pervun - the founder and managing director of Investec USA and Investec Russia, and Kendrick White – the founder of financial consulting company Marchmont Capital Partners.

According to participants, the program became eventful due to striking performances of the speakers. Substantial master classes, interesting presentations, lively discussions in a friendly atmosphere – it is all about the program. This event is the only way for informal communication with investors.

The next MARCHMONT Business LAB for innovators will take place on August, 28 - 30 in Tyumen at the West Siberian Innovation Center.
