Rusnano, RVC and Skolkovo to show America the potential of the Russian market

A conference within Russian Innovation Week will take place from 25th to 26th of October, 2012 in California, which will bring together Russian and American start-up entrepreneurs, venture investors and CEOs to establish strategic partnerships, explore investment opportunities and to demonstrate innovations in technology.

The conference is held by Russian Innovation Center, created by three key Russian development institutions: RUSNANO, RVC and the Skolkovo Fund.

I hope that this conference will stimulate the creation of new partnerships between the U.S. and Russian companies, and allow entrepreneurs in technology businesses to take advantage of investment from abroad - Dmitry Akhanov said, the president and CEO of RUSNANO USA, a subsidiary of Russian company Rusnano. - Over the past three years, Rusnano has invested $1.2B in 18 projects created jointly with U.S. companies, and we are actively looking for new opportunities to expand this cooperation in the future.

Paying particular attention to biomedicine, environment, nanotechnologies, information and communication technologies, the conference Russian Innovation Week will reveal to American entrepreneurs, venture investors and CEOs rich opportunities offered by Russia.
