Innovations Forum Fund starts competitive selection of innovative startups
Innovations Forum Fund announces the beginning of a competitive selection of most promising Russian startups. There are 120 representatives of project teams who will be able to meet with VCs and financiers, managers of private equity funds, representatives of regional and national authorities in order to attract financing for their projects.
The expert jury will choose 120 high-tech companies by October 1, whose representatives will be able to take part in Open Innovations Forum on October 31 - November 2, 2013 in Moscow (IEC Crocus Expo).
The main theme of the Forum 2013 will be Disruption and Innovation: Game Changers Powering the Global Market.
You can apply for the contest at the Forum website in the Participants category. Startup representatives should pass several selection stages: prepare a Power Point presentation of their projects in both Russian and English, fill out a form, Skype interview.
In 2012, Open Innovations Forum brought together about 5K representatives of the innovation community, Russian development institutions, venture capitalists, financiers, and government officials at one place. More than 700 experts shared their vision of future technologies, including such known international business guru as Richard Branson, Alan Atkisson, Hans Vestberg, Josh Lerner, Stephen Barry and many others.
