Stockholder of Apple purchased share of Russian IT-company Luxoft

Shares that are held by Fidelity Management compose about 19% of A-class shares of Luxoft company, or about 3% of its equity capital, including A and B-class shares.
The Luxoft Company, a subsidiary of Russian IBS, on June,26 and then within the limits of option to organizers, floated on NYSE more than 4,6 million A-class shares or about 14% of company`s equity capital at the rate of $17 per share, realizing almost $80M.
