Following a string of push-backs and general uncertainty, Russia?s Hevel Solar and the Chuvashia regional government have set next February as what is hoped to be the final deadline for the long-awaited launch of thin-film solar module production in Novocheboksarsk, in the mid-Volga area, interregional portal Regnum reported earlier this week. According to a statement by Novocheboksarsk city officials, by that time all factory facilities will be completed and put into operation.
