TMT invests in a software developer for agriculture

The Board of Directors of the British TMT Investments PLC informed about the investment in the company “WeatherMe O?”. The Company WeatherMe O? (VitalFields) offers the solution, which allows executing the total working control of a farm via Internet and mobile application. Due to optimization of field works schedule and use of resources; farmers receive an opportunity to produce products more affectively.

According to Artyom Inyutin, the Chief of investment direction of the TMT Investments, farms in Europe possess a low level of IT-systems as compared to America, this is why cloud systems in this segment of market have a great potential for growth. Besides, the product VitalFelds is the analytical instrument, which helps improving productivity of farms due to recommendation giving, based on deep data analysis from other farms.

The deal has been closed in December, 20, and all achieved agreements are in force now. The amount of the investment is not disclosed.

The TMT Investments Plc is the public company, its shares are sold iin the London Exchange in the sector AIM. In June 14, 2012 the team of ex-top-managers from RVC started working in the company TMT Investments Plc. German Kaplun took a position of a strategy director, Aleksander Morgulchik – director on business development, Artyom Inyutin – director on investments.
