Russian-speaking scientific diasporas are holding on March 10-11 in Tempe, Arizona, their conference to discuss international collaboration among former Russian citizens. RuSciTech Forum USA 2014 is being put together by an international group of Russian-speaking experts in science and technology to focus on issues in high-tech research, education, and business, Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported, citing a source in the Forum?s organizing committee. According to the source, the conference is expected to help deliver collaboration mechanisms linking up Russian-based organizations and ethnic Russian scientists working abroad.
