A new portfolio company of Russian Venture Company international fund raises $400 mln
LivingSocial, the fastest growing American company on the group deals market, announced receiving $400 mln investment from a group of international private and public investors.
One of LivingSocial’s inventors is Institutional Venture Partners XIII fund (IVP XIII), which was joined by OAO RVC’s international fund RUSSIAN VENTURE CAPITAL II LP (Great Britain) in September 2010.
