Novolipetsk Metallurgical Works consolidated ZAO Ural Plant of Precision Alloys

Novolipetsk Metallurgical Works (NLMW) has increased its stake in ZAO Ural Plant of Precision Alloys (UPPA, basic enterprise NLMW -Sort, a subsidiary of NLMW) to 100%. This is announced in NLMW materials. The share of joint-stock company's ordinary shares in UPPA before the change amounted to 47.99%.
