Ostrovok.ru raises USD 13,6M

Ostrovok.ru, an online hotel booking resource, raised $13,6M from General Catalyst Partners, AccelPartners and several famous angels, including Zynga CEO Mark Pinkus, Paypal founder Peter Thiel and Skype creator Niklas Zennstorm.

Sergey Fage and Kirill Makharinsky who created the service in 2010 will still control the company.
