Sistema JSFC buys back USD 70M worth of shares
Sistema JSFC bought back 375 972 of its GDRs for USD 16,61 per share and 4 311 019 of its subsidiary MTS (Mobilnye Telesistemy) ADRs for USD 13,92 per share.Sistema JSFC also bought 8 745 100 of its ordinary shares for 20,97 roubles per share. The bought shares won’t be annulled – they will be used for corporate purposes.
The amount of money used for the payback totaled over USD 70M.
