100 students are scholarship holders of the Elevator to the FutureThe expert council summed up the competition for a scholarship under the educational project Elevator to the future, reports the program organizer site - the System charity fund. 100 winners will receive a monthly scholarship of 5,000 RUR.

Student-authors of project ideas that can be used in various fields of human knowledge took part in the competition. The greatest number of applications for the program received the following directions: Chemistry and material sciences - 25% of applications, Technical and engineering sciences - 16%, Biology, agricultural sciences and technologies of living systems - 11% and Medicine and medical technologies - 8%.

The works were presented to the expert council in the form of a scientific report, a term project or an article (depending on the course). The council includes well-known scientists, heads of leading universities and representatives of big business.

Vyacheslav Kop'ev, the AFK System Board of Directors Member, the president of System BF said: The uniqueness of our scholarship program and its main difference from the existing models is that it first stimulates talented students to early and meaningful choice of research topic, and then gives the scholarship holder the opportunity to develop this topic under the guidance of the supervising professor.

It's nice that young, talented guys not only from Moscow but from the regions of Russia participated in the program, - said Stanislav Naumov, the member of the advisory council of the program, the vice president of Skolkovo. This is particularly significant, given the fact that the program aims not only to support young talents financially, but also help them to stay in science. The student is motivated to develop in the chosen field, he has the opportunity to consult with leading researchers and pioneers, so that by the end of training at the University the young man becomes an established scholar who has achievements, publications and inventions.

Elevator to the Future Scholarship Program was launched in January this year and is one of the parts of a large-scale educational project of System BF, Elevator to the Future, created as a communication platform for interaction between scientific and creative young people and the leading Russian scientific schools.
