Averail attracts a $6 M investment

Averail Startup, engaged in the development of solutions for managing mobile content, attracts $ 6 M funding from Foundation Capital and Storm Ventures within A Series. As part of the round, Paul Holland from Foundation Capital, and Tae Hea Nahm from Storm Ventures will join the company board of directors.

Technologies developed by Averail allow the employees share company documents between mobile devices. The company plans to spend the funds raised on further development of this technology.

To date, the product is being tested and will be available until the end of the first half of 2012. According to the company representatives, access security technologies to documents for smartphones and tablets have a number of important features that need improvement.
