Evernote attracts $ 70 M from investors

Evernote company announced attracted $ 70 M from Meritech Capital and CBC Capital, with participation of funds managed by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Harbor Pacific Capital, Allen & Company and other investors in an investment round of D Series. According to the press service of the company, this round of funding will help Evernote users to build up a base in the new regions of the world, to embrace new vertical directions and allow the company to hold new takeovers in the market.

According to CEO Fin Libin, funds received in the new round of funding are not acutely necessary for the company’s activities, but it will certainly have only a positive impact on the creation of Evernote financial infrastructure as an essential condition for building an innovative and reliable company.
