RUSNANO invests € 25 M to the Finnish company Beneq RUSNANO has invested € 25 M to the Finnish company Beneq, occupying high positions in industrial and laboratory equipment and technology for producing thin films and functional coatings. RUSNANO money will be invested in the Beneq share capital, as well as in the purchase of shares from existing shareholders, the press service of the corporation reports.

Beneq is a supplier of industrial and scientific equipment for thin-film coatings used in solar cells, flexible electronics, as well as to strengthen the glass. The company's technologies are used to improve the efficiency of solar cells under crystalline silicon technology and thin films, in depositing transparent conductive oxide coatings (TCO), as well as increasing the strength and durability of the touch screens.

The Beneq portfolio includes a number of revolutionary technologies in the field of coatings, including atomic layer deposition (ALD) on the rolls, as well as aerosol deposition at atmospheric pressure (nAERO ®).

The company's strategy in the expansion of its business is to establish close relations with research centers and universities in the regions where there is high demand for company’s technology and solutions. In the near future Beneq plans creating several technology laboratories in Russia in order to adapt Beneq equipment and technology for clients from Russia and CIS countries.
