Innovators of Vladimir region can count on state support
The Committee on Industrial Policy and Science Administration of Vladimir region will stop accepting the applications from companies and organizations of the region to participate in the contest on subsidizing the projects aimed at economy modernization and innovation support, the official portal of the region says. The total amount of investment for one presented project must be at least 20 M RUR.
20 M RUR has been allocated from the regional budget for the co-financing of cost-effective innovative projects related to the modernization of existing or creation of new industries aimed at the production of goods or industrial services with new consumer properties and market demand including those in nanotechnology and high technology.
The winners of the competition will be determined by the committee according to the following criteria: improved technical-economic indicators or consumer product properties in comparison with analogs produced in the region, Russia, in the world; the largest capital productivity and output per worker; the shortest payback period, and lowest share of electricity, raw materials, heat and production costs; the best possible import substitution products.
The requirements for the applicants and the list of documents to be submitted are posted on the website of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Science of the regional administration in Contests section.
