IPOboard and technopark Zhigulevskaya Valley Announce Cooperation

Technopark in innovative technologies Zhigulevskaya Valley and IPOboard announce the partnership. IPOboard becomes the partner of the Technopark.

The subject of the agreement, signed on October 1, 2012, is the cooperation to support small innovative companies – the residents of the industrial park Zhigulevskaya Valley - using the tools of online trading system IPOboard. The main objective of the cooperation is the help for the Technopark's residents in attracting investment in innovative projects.

The Parties will cooperate in the preparation of projects of Technopark Zhigulevskaya Valley's residents to enter the capital market through an IPO on IPOboard. They will also provide institutional and analytical support during the IPO and promotion on IPOboard. Other areas of cooperation are the organization and implementation of joint programs and activities aimed at the development of projects within IPOboard and the involvement of professional managers, experts and business angels in this process.

Ingoni Company, a resident of Zhigulevskaya Valley, has already been placed on IPOboard with its project Zdravportal Information System.
