RVC Infrafund to support the development of MICEX’s IPOboard

Infrastructure investments of RVC, LLC (Infrafund RVC) will enter the capital of IPO Board of Moscow Stock Exchange. Thus, the fund will contribute to the development of the system to attract investment by Russian small and medium innovation companies, the head of RVC Igor Agamirzyan says.

The transaction is in the process of closing, - Agamirzyan said on Friday at a meeting marking the first anniversary since the launch of IPOboard.

RVC Infrafund develops infrastructure to provide innovative companies with consulting services in marketing, finance, law, intellectual property, investor relations.

IPOboard is Russia's first online platform for private innovative companies to attract investment. Moscow Stock Exchange implements this project in cooperation with Rusnano JSC, RVC and other development institutions. There are 142 companies and 223 investors registered in the IPOboard system, RIA Novosti reports.
