IPOboard information and trading system presentation in Moscow

IPOboard information and trading system presentation will take place on April 16, 2012 – the online information and trading system to attract capital by promising private companies from the innovation sector of the Russian economy. IPOboard (MII-Board) is a segment of the Market for Innovations and Investments (MII), a joint project of the MICEX-RTS and RUSNANO.

The event is open, but number of places is limited.

Companies can put a share of 5-10% and to attract up to $ 2-3 M at IPOboard. The information board will be an open online resource for transactions between startups and investors. The main task of the board, according to Svyatoslav Sedov, the IPOBOARD curator, will be increasing of companies’ transparency in the venture capital market, so a website and published materials about the company is required. In order to trade at the board, you must keep several conditions: to be a company for no more than 3-4 years and have a capitalization of not more than $ 20 M.
