PayPal acquires Iron Pearl online service

PayPal acquires Iron Pearl online servicePayPal payment system has acquired Iron Pearl startup that helps companies find ways to make their products more attractive to customers on the Web. Financial terms of the acquisition are not disclosed.

Iron Pearl co-founder Stan Chudnovsky will become the vice president of additional services growth at PayPal after completing the deal. Chudnovsky previously worked at Goodreads social network being an investor and the Board member. Then Amazon acquired the company.

We recall that Ebay Company, which owns PayPal payment service, previously announced its plans to continue expanding its business in the next three years by getting new partners involved in PayPal ecosystem and conducting aggressive mobile strategy.
