“Speakphone” became the best project on iVolga Forum

In June, 18-27 2013 at a Festival park field within the Samara city boundaries took place the Youth Forum of Volga federal district “iVolga-2013”. Forum succeeded under the patronage of a special envoy from the President of the Russian Federation in Volga federal district Michail Babich with the assistance of Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

The Forum took place aimed to select, develop, and support talented young people on the way toward creation of competitive goods and services, civil and public projects. The project of a remote resident of IT-part business incubator – “Speakphone”, which develops a system of a complex population warning in emergency condition, tool place in Forum iVolga and became a winner.

4 467 project requests from 14 regions of Volga federal district have been registered on official site of this Forum. Among the great number of projects summarizing expert evaluation results there are only 40 projects reached final in eight fields of work: “Technology of the good”, “Innovation and technical creativity”, “You are a entrepreneur”, “Run after me”, “ART square”, “Building and housing and utility sector”, “Information flow”, “Policy”.

In a final the project “Speakphone” has been presented to a special envoy from the President of the Russian Federation in Volga federal district Michail Babich, who awarded the project the first place in a field of work “Innovation and technical creativity”. Michail Babich congratulated winners with such success and noted that this Youth Forum gathered the best of the best representatives of young people in Volga region.

“Speakphone” and other winners of the contest will be awarded a grant on a project implementation. Additionally by the decision of region governor Nikita Belyh a regional total grant funding in the amount of 4M RUB has been established. According to the results of the Forum iVolga winning projects will be represented to Vladimir Putin.
