Russia?s Vekselberg calls for global IP protection system

The creation of a global intellectual property protection system is a way to step up international innovation, Skolkovo Foundation president Viktor Vekselberg believes.

The creation of a global intellectual property protection system will pave the way for a more active involvement of emerging economies into international innovation, Russian news agency RIA Novosti quoted Skolkovo Foundation president Viktor Vekselberg as saying. Germany?s Handelsblatt published last week a German-language article that Mr. Vekselberg had written ahead of the latest G20 Summit in St. Petersburg.
