Cosmetics business incubator to open in Moscow

A cosmetics-developing business incubator is expected to open in Moscow by the end of this year, Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported. The incubator will reportedly be operating on the premises of Svoboda, a Moscow-based cosmetics maker, and aiming to introduce new technologies to cosmetics being developed by the firm. The new entity will also be creating ?entirely new products with unique properties.? This is a joint project, in which Svoboda, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and the Dubna Nanotech Center (based some 130km north of Moscow) are said to participate.
