The “Rosnano”, JSC leaves the capital of the project company “NanoDerm”, purchaser of 5,3% of stocks of the company will become a applicant of the project, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “NanoDerm” Aleksander Zimtistky, informs press-office about solution of the held in November, 19 Company’s Board of Directors.

“The Board has approved the leaving of “Rosnano” from charter capital of the “NanoDerm”, which realizes the project on organizing the line production of cosmetic goods based on nano-complexes. Purchaser of 5,3% of stocks of the project company will become applicant of the project – Chairman of the Board of Directors of “NanoDerm” Aleksander Zimnitsky”, - it is said in the message.

The “NanoDerm” realizes the project on production of anti-aging cosmetic products on a technology, developed by the company “Zhespar-Bios” together with scientists of the Ufa scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Science. Investment agreement on this project has been executed in October, 2011 by the “Rosnano”, RVC and “NanoDerm”.
