A plate heat exchanger development and production project presented by Teplo 21 Century was named the best regional project at a recent innovation competition in the Stavropol region, in the Northern Caucasus, the Alliance-Media National Business Partnership website reported, citing a source in the Stavropol regional government. The winner has been awarded a yet-unspecified monetary prize, the source said. The second place went to Stilsoft, a regional IT developer, for its ?security corridor? project aimed at identifying people by their faces. SlavPlast, a Stavropol company developing a knotless net production project, took the third prize.
