Inoventica bought a stake in Parking.ru

Group of Companies Inoventica bought 60% of the company Garant-Park-Internet. The company was estimated at 200 million RUR. Part of the sum will be paid in June 2012, if it reaches the planned activities. In the near future a reorganization of the Garant-Park-Internet is planned in the form of transformation of OOO to ZAO.
