Kaliningrad businesses to receive 175M roubles
Kaliningrad Oblast will receive about 175M roubles from the federal budget under the program of small and medium-sized businesses support, according to the regional minister for industrial policy, entrepreneurship and trade, Dmitry Chemakin. He also mentioned that there are plans to create a regional business incubator.
