Private capital for the development of entrepreneurship in Togliatti

In 2012 and 2013 Togliatti officials do not lift their obligations to support local businesses, but say: much of this policy will be revised.

The same decision to develop business incubators will remain: its second phase will be launched soon and will increase the placement of residents by 2.5 times. But, as it was acknowledged by the head of the Department of Economic Development, Dmitry Bogdanov, business incubators’ program will be adjusted. Thus, we are going to cooperate with Skolkovo, venture companies, Zhigulevskaya Valley and other projects that can help in the development of small and medium-sized businesses. We will work with graduate students and graduates within our program for future entrepreneurs training.

Grants will make major adjustments of the program.

The proportion of those who can raise funds of financial institutions will increase - Bogdanov says. – We will emphasize the grants for initial payment on the lease agreements to small innovative companies to participate in international and Russian exhibitions. We will gradually reduce subsidies in order to recover the cost of acquisition of newly created enterprises fixed assets (up to 300 K RUR).

Officials stand for grants to reimburse the loans for the organization of group day care of preschool children, medium-sized enterprises for the creation, development and modernization of facilities, goods and services. In the latter case, it is suggested to issue up to five million rubles to companies employing more than 50 people and having significant amount of production.

Bogdanov has assured that he intends to work with large enterprises, special economic zones, technology parks in transferring outsource orders to small and medium businesses and he will ensure that 20% of municipal orders will go to small and medium-sized businesses.
