Tver Region to support youth entrepreneurship

Ministry of Economic Development of Tver Region has signed a cooperation agreement with the Federal Agency on Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). The agreement is about joint work on development of young people entrepreneurship, Tver Region Ministry of Economic Development reports.

An action plan has been already made to be implemented within a long-term target program Development of small and medium enterprises of Tver Region for 2009-2014s. For this purpose 7.5 M RUR will be allocated from the federal and regional budgets this year.

A joint project with the Rosmolodezh includes conducting educational activities - business training, workshops and master classes. Comprehensive training on the basics of business will be given to students of School for Youth Entrepreneurship project. Beginners and future traders will talk about the actions of small and medium businesses state support in the Tver Region, acquaint with various types of business activities, will know how to competently develop business plans and communicate with investors. The best business plans will be presented at a regional forum of young entrepreneurs. By the way, beginning entrepreneurs trained in the School of Youth Entrepreneurship will be able to qualify for subsidies - reimbursement of costs associated with the creation of their own business.

Also, under the agreement with Rosmolodezh - the Seliger youth forum organizer - the most active business representatives will take part in the change You are an Entrepreneur and they will be able to present their business projects at this well-known federal court.

As the head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Tver Region, Igor Kozin noted the goal of the joint project is the promotion of small and medium entrepreneurship among young people, the formation of modern thinking, active and creative business environment, the involvement of young people in business.
