A resident from Skolkovo won the competition of the Moscow Government

Avicomp Services, a resident of the innovation center Skolkovo, specializes in comprehensive automation of government and commercial organizations. The company decided to take part in the contest announced in July 2012 on the development of requirements for the formats of data disclosure, the creation of a system for information aggregation and storage, a website to publish and update the database of 60 Moscow offices that are involved in the project.
Stating that the company will be able to perform all required work for 14.6 M RUR, Avicomp has managed to win the competition. The contract will be signed before the end of the month, the Department of Information Technologies of Moscow says.
As previously stated by the head of Moscow IT-department Artem Ermolaev, open data stimulates the market of citizens’ services and allows the city to save money on their development. In addition, using open data, third-party developers and civil activists will be able to create their own services and applications.
Avicomp Services Company was founded in 1991. There are over 250 professionals employed by the company at the present time. The company develops complex automation of public sector organizations and institutions and large commercial enterprises in various sectors of the economy.
