SkolTech to introduce Biomedical Technologies classes

Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (SkolTech) is accepting applications from students for the 2013 academic year in Science and Technologies in Biomedicine, Information Technologies, Science and technologies in energy. The Master of Biomedicine Education program will be the third priority in training to be launched by SkolTech in the next academic year.

Students will be trained according to unique interdisciplinary programs that combine science and business.

SkolTech developed an innovative strategy that is shared by prominent scientists and educators from around the world. Attracting the best of them, SkolTech gives its students the opportunity to take part in the latest scientific developments from the very first day of training.

Applicants with university degree (Masters, specialists, bachelors) in engineering, mathematics, in the field of applied and natural sciences who are high-achievers can become the students of SkolTech.

The selection process will consist of two stages: submission of on-line applications and personal involvement in a specially designed final qualifying workshop - Selection weekend.

SkolTech creates a new generation of scientists and innovators in Russia. That is why not only basic scientific knowledge of students is estimated, but also their creativity, flexibility, leadership, and ability to work in a team. Those students who passed the tests during the final selection will become SkolTech students.
