Acumatica won over a top manager from Microsoft

Yuri Larichev will hold a post of the chief operating officer (COO) of company with Russian roots Acumatica, a provider of ERP-systems for medium businesses. Before that, he worked at Microsoft in the position of corporate director of global sales and marketing in the SMB sector in the corporate headquarters of the corporation in Redmond.

Larichev will assume the office in Acumatica on September 18, 2012. He will be responsible for the development of cloud software solutions in the company, marketing operations, providing support for customers using Acumatica’s products, as well as for the sales through the affiliate network of the company.

According to the Managing Director of Acumatica Ezequiel Steiner, the company will continue its development into a successful supplier of software solutions for the global market with Yuri Larichev’s coming. The new COO will be responsible for sales, marketing, development and support around the world. In addition, he is well aware of the Russian specificity and therefore he should strengthen the cooperation between Moscow and U.S. offices. Thus, a significant number of the CEO Steiner’s functions will devolve on Larichev - he will focus on developing partnerships around the world and controlling the finances.
