Brand Troika Dialog was replaced by Sberbank-CIB

Sberbank introduced a new name for its investment banking unit which is Sberbank-CIB established on the basis of investment company Troika Dialog, the president of Russia’s largest bank German Gref said following the meeting of the Supervisory Board.

We reported to the Supervisory Board on the results of the integration of the investment bank. A registration of the new name of our investment banking business - Savings-CIB - is also a significant event - Gref said. According to him, the name Troika Dialog passes into history from now, but Sberbank will continue to use it for most of the operations - all investment banking units will start using the new brand in a short time.

Sberbank intended to buy Troika Dialog in the spring of 2011, when the company's shareholders and Sberbank finally agreed on all terms of the transaction.
