The issues of social entrepreneurship discussed in Omsk

The issues related to the development of innovative entrepreneurship in social policy were discussed on October 19, within Omsk Forum of social entrepreneurs and investors of Russia, according to the website of the regional government.

The event is held for the second time in the region, but it got the status of All-Russian only in this year. It is attended by the representatives of 12 regions of Russia. As the Governor of Omsk Region Viktor Nazarov noted in his welcoming speech to the participants of the forum, many entrepreneurs have a clear understanding that the possession and management of the capital is associated with enormous social responsibility.

The main topic of the meeting this year was about education. In particular, they talked about the possibility of reducing the waiting list in kindergartens. A Building-garten project of Samara region was of particular interest. It involves the creation of preschools on the basis of non-residential premises in new buildings.

In addition, Krasnoyarsk project to create a network of non-state kindergartens was highly appreciated. As the head of the department for the promotion and implementation of initiatives and special projects of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Irina Petrunina, the successful implementation of such projects in different regions of the country would lead to the reduction of the waiting lists in kindergartens by 10% due to the development of the private sector of preschool education.
