Academpark's revenue to exceed 13B RUR in 2012

The revenues of Novosibirsk Technopark should exceed 13B RUR in 2012, the general director of JSC Technopark of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok Dmitry Verkhovod said.

Note that revenue of the Technopark's residents was approximately at the same level last year.

At the moment we have over 200 resident companies whose revenue for the first nine months of this year amounted to 8.6B RUR. We expect that it will exceed 13B RUR by the end 2012, - Verkhovod said on Wednesday during a presentation of the socio-economic potential and investment attractiveness of Novosibirsk region in the State Duma.

According to him, the industrial park currently employs more than 6000 people.

The Technopark develops four clusters: instrument engineering, information technology, biotechnology and biomedicine, nanotechnologies and nanomaterials.
