A special search engine to detect unlawful content in RuNet
Noncommercial Partnership the Safe Internet League (SIL) is going to develop a search engine that will find illegal content on the Internet. The search engine will automatically synchronize all detected information (photos, video, text)with the database, and the system will prompt to either send malicious links to the register of banned sites or contact the owners of the resource, so that they could eliminate the violation.
According to the Executive Director of SIL Denis Davydov, the company of Igor Ashmanov - Ashmanov and partners - will probably work on the development of such filter since it has the experience of working on similar projects. The total investment in the creation of such system will be 2-3M USD allocated by the League.
