The venture IT-accelerator is planned to be opened in Voronezh

In Voronezh will appear the first in the Black Mould venture IT-accelerator – the bonus office center “Glass House” for the fact development of high-technology startups, informed authors of the project.

In the “GlassHouse” they underline that the project id perspective for cooperation and support by federal development Institutions of small entrepreneurship. “The project represents access to partnership network from 50 venture funds and business-angels with investment opportunities of more than $2B”, - said in the bonus office center.

They have noted that the acceleration program supposes support of the business-mentor, getting of basis knowledge on key aspects of the startup development, professional trainings, support in the product development, help in a business-model elaboration and strategy of business development, collaboration of investment documentation and many others.

It is important to note that the “GlassHouse” conducts business cooperation with the Center of cluster development of the Voronezh region, which has rich experience of small and medium business projects’ promotion. It is planned that the venture IT-accelerator will become one of the realized projects of the regional IT-cluster.

It is necessary to remember that in the end of July this year the Central Commission for Reserves announced on establishment of the IT-cluster, which should concentrate resources, provide infrastructure development, and also contribute to fast solution of problems in the IT-branch. In October the Center of Cluster development, department of industry and transportation of the region, and also leading IT-companies of the region have executed an agreement on its establishment.

The Government budget organization “Center of the Cluster development of the Voronezh region” has been founded in October 10, 2011 in accordance with the Government decision of the Voronezh region. Its aims are realization of cluster policy and attraction of federal, regional and private financial resources.
