Viktor Yun acquired 50% of Kontakt-Strakhovanie company shares

ZAO “Insurance company “ Kontakt-Strakhovanie” reported that Vektor Yun, CEO of Kontakt-Strakhovanie, Genesis Capital and some other companies, bought the share of Russia Partners direct investments fund in Kontakt-Strakhovanie. As a result of the deal, Yun’s share in the company grew from 50% to 100%. Further details of the deal are not disclosed.
