The Group of Eight summit 2014 could take place in Skolkovo

As Russian presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich said in mid-February, the G8 summit, which should be held in Russia in 2014 is likely to take place in Moscow. According to him, the final decision is not made. At the same time Dvorkovich, in response to a qualifying question of where exactly in the capital such a serious event can take place, reminded about the expanding of Moscow boundary.
The Group of Eight is an informal forum of major industrialized democracies leaders. The participants of G8 are Russia, the USA, UK, France, Japan, Canada, Germany, Italy, and EU.
The countries participating in "eight" give 49% of world export, 51% of industrial output, 49% of IMF assets.
