The winners of the second open tender for selection of projects to create TEC

The second open competition for the selection of projects for the creation of technological engineering companies (TEC) completed. According to the results of scientific and technical and investment expertise, the right to sign an investment agreement with Infrastructure and educational programs fund was acquired by two Moscow companies: Smart Engineering JSC and Center of innovative energy technologies Non-Profit Partnership.

According to the competition committee, these companies have sufficient competence and experience in implementing technology solutions into production, as well as all the necessary resources.

Recall that the second open tender for the selection of projects for the creation of technological engineering companies was announced on December 22, 2011.

Technological Engineering Companies (TEC) are innovative commercial companies; their main scope of activity embraces the development of commissioned by a third party company technologies, equipment and / or products based on their own technological base.

The main objective of the TEC is development of technological solutions for specific customers, as opposed to industrial projects, the purpose of which is the production and sale of final unified products in the mass market.

The result of the TEC for a specific customer request can be:
Design documentation for the manufacture of technological equipment and systems, including the modernization of existing production lines;
Industrial designs of manufacturing equipment and systems necessary for the implementation of technological solutions;
Technological documentation for the products manufacturing process, exploitation and repair documentation;
Experimental and control production-run;
Services for installation, maintenance and repair of developed production equipment;
Certifications of conformity of the production process, equipment to the required standards;
Delivery of necessary OEM-components and systems to the customers, design documentation for their production.

The results of the TEC, as a rule, can not be replicated and are unique to each individual customer.

It is supposed that customers of the created TECs will be, in particular, manufacturing companies in the field of nanotechnology and nanoindustry (both funded by the RUSNANO JSC as well as independent producers of nanoproducts).
